My name is Natasha Blake, nice to meet you!

Natasha graduated from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage a 700 hour massage therapy program in the healing art of therapeutic massage. Regardless of a client’s needs, she enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment in which to wind down and relax. She delivers a well balanced massage with a variety on techniques including engaged flowing strokes, deep stretches and tension releases.

Using a combination of fluid motion, nurturing touch and symmetry, she creates a relaxed state in the body and mind while tending to each client’s individual needs, using a firm touch to “melt” tissue rather than trying to force through excessive pressure, which she believes is often counter-productive.

Natasha, always had a passion for helping others and knew from a young age that she wanted to work in the healthcare industry. With our training in bringing balance and wellness to the body, mind, and spirit, we are dedicated to your well-being. With a degree from the MidWest School of Oriental Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin and training at the Cayce Reilly School of Massage in Virginia Beach, VA, I bring a unique blend of Eastern and Western techniques to the table.
